Arquine Magazine has announced the winners of their 10th Arquine International Architecture Competition.  First Prize went to the team of Tyler Martine and Mike Miller of Steinberg Architects, San Francisco, CA.  The competition was for two 100 story high-rise towers in Mexico City to celebrate the city’s bicentennial in 2010.  The winning entry proposed two structures whose intent was to remediate the air pollution epidemic facing Mexico City essentially harvesting the pollution and turning it into two forms of alternative fuel, Hydrogen and Biofuel.
