Six teams shortlisted for design of RIBA's new administration center in London

RIBA is one step closer to finding the lead architecture team to design the new RIBA administration center in 76 Portland Place, London, W1. Out of 32 strong submissions, the Selection Panel chose six teams to advance to the second stage.
The teams are:
- Ben Adams Architects Ltd
- Moxon Architects
- Piercy & Company London Ltd
- shedkm Architects Ltd
- Spacelab
- Theis and Khan Architects Ltd
Each team will develop an outline of their design approach that will be presented to the Selection Panel in late November.
Members of the RIBA shortlisting Selection Panel are:
- Denise Bennetts (Bennetts Associates)
- Sasha Bhavan (RIBA Premises Committee, Knox Bhavan Architects LLP)
- Stephen Hodder (RIBA President, Hodder + Partners)
- Andy Munro (RIBA Chief Financial Officer)
- Oliver Richards (Chair of the Project Board, ORMS Architecture Design)
- Glenn Howells (Glenn Howells Architects) serving as the RIBA Architect Adviser.
