If you happen to be in Sheffield, England, in the next few weeks, don’t miss to check out the Summer Exhibition 2009 which opens tomorrow, Friday, June 19, at the University of Sheffield School of Architecture.
After 43 years based in the Arts Tower, the School of Architecture is moving to a new home in Crookesmoor, while the grade II listed building undergoes a full renovation. To mark this occasion, the Summer Exhibition promises to celebrate a new beginning for the 101 year old school. It offers an excellent opportunity to see work from the Masters and Degree courses, and to have a few drinks in the school’s new home. See the Bustler event listing for detailed information.
