The LEAF Awards 2014 shortlist
Posted: Thursday, August 14, 2014 |

The LEAF Awards are back with a new shortlist. The annual awards highlight projects that are perceived as setting the standard for the international architecture and design community in various categories.

The notable jury includes: Carlo Castelli (architect, urban designer at AECOM); Alan Crawford (founder of Crawford Partnership); Firas Hnoosh (Director at BDP); Božana Komljenovic (associate at Zaha Hadid Architects); Rysia Suchecka (partner at NBBJ); and Lev Libeskind (CEO at Studio Daniel Libeskind, Architekt Daniel Libeskind AG, son of Daniel Libeskind).

Category winners — including an overall winner — will be announced during the LEAF Awards 2014 at the Swissôtel, Düsseldorf/Neuss in Germany on October 10.

The full shortlist consists of 40 projects, with a handful of the architecture firms having two projects. Check out photos of some of this year's contenders.
