2010 Hugh Ferriss Memorial Prize: Algae Harvester - Jon Kletzien / StudioAMD

Just a few weeks left to submit your work to the Architecture in Perspective 26 Competition. The international contest is hosted annually by the American Society of Architectural Illustrators (ASAI) and aims to foster communication among architectural illustrators, raise the standards of architectural rendering internationally, and acquaint a broader public with the importance of such drawing as integral to the practice of architecture. Deadline for the Professional Category is Monday, January 17, 2011, and for the Student Category Monday, January 31, 2011.

Here are the top award-winning illustrations from the 2010 edition, Architecture in Perspective 25, that were selected by the jury earlier this year:

AIP25/2010 Formal Award: International Airport - Carlos Cristerna / Neoscape, Inc.
AIP25/2010 Informal Category Award: Sam Ringman - Airship Docking Outpost at the Edge of the Labyrinth
Robert Greenstreet Juror Award - AIP25: Hopper Remix - Craig Williams
AIP25/2010 Wei Dong Juror Award: Mercury vs. the T-Rex - Dennis Allain
AIP25/2010 Eric Brightfield Juror Award: United States Military Academy Preparatory School - Dick Sneary
