The Community Design Collaborative, in partnership with the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, is seeking submissions for Retooling Industrial Sites, an exhibit to showcase the exciting possibilities for the reuse of neighborhood industrial sites. The exhibit has been designed as an opportunity for architecture, planning and engineering firms from the Mid-Atlantic region to highlight their own best practices in industrial reuse. Submissions of all project types and scales encouraged: large and small, built and un-built, interior and exterior, new construction and preservation.

Eligible projects include industrial sites returned to industrial or transformed into commercial, open space, and/or residential uses. Projects must be submitted by an authorized principal or partner of an architecture, landscape design or planning firm, located within the Mid-Atlantic region.
