First ever Silverman Architectural Competition Series; three new urban projects representing a blank canvas for architects to display their passion, creativity, quality, and vision.

The sites are located directly across the Hudson River from NYC’s World Trade Center in Jersey City, New Jersey. The sites are walking distance to rapid transit, in historic districts and ready to be built.

We invite the best, brightest, and most creative industry professionals to participate in any or all of the competitions. The winners will receive compensation and the opportunity to contract for related architectural services.
