This is a high profile opportunity to create a masterplan which will fully realise the site’s significant commercial potential, builds on the Group’s values and principles and provides a world class flagship development of city centre regeneration.

The masterplan and resulting development proposals for the site need to reflect our heritage and history; our social, community and co-operative agenda; our sustainable and pioneering environmental policies; whilst delivering optimum value from the site. A unique co-operative blend of social and environmental responsibility and profitability.

This project will require a range of disciplines and we expect each team to demonstrate competencies in all the areas required to deliver an inspirational, costed and deliverable framework.

This will be a high value, exemplar project that will create value for the the Co-opreative Group, benefit the city and establish a new quality benchmark in mixed use urban solutions. International experience and evidence of successfully completed developments will be important elements in the decision making process for shortlist.
