Beyond Housing, St. Louis’ nationally recognized provider of housing and support services for low-income families and homeowners announces an open competition for the design of a Single Family Residence incorporating the principals of Universal Design.

The First Place design will be built in the City of Pagedale, Mo, a close-in suburb of the City of St. Louis.

Selected proposals will be exhibited at the Universal Design Summit III to be held in St. Louis September 2008.

The program will call for a small, three bedroom house on a flat lot.
