With the launch of MidEastPan and towards the Forum of Themes and Sites in the coming September a Design Ideas Competition is being held.

The competition is an open invitation for ideas and projects within the Built Environment in the Middle East. The goals of the competition are to invite, to map, to present and to form ideas, themes and sites towards the first session of MidEastPan.

Projects can be of any scale (communal, local, national, regional etc’) and to address any location and context (real or not).

The competition is open to individuals and teams from the Middle East and is held in two streams: General and Students.
There is no limitation on the number of entries per person / team.

Registration is through the competition website.

Registration opening: February 10
Registration end: July 13
Announcement of results: August 12.

*  MidEastPan is a Middle Eastern organisation which manages architectural competitions, held simultaneously and based on common themes and rules. The competitions are anonymous and public calls for ideas followed by implementations, open to individuals and multi-disciplinary teams from The Middle East.
