Design a LEED-NC Gold project is an urban, mixed use high rise that includes ground floor commercial, a boutique hotel, and high end residential condominiums, located in the Petco Park Redevelopment area of Downtown San Diego. The project is approximately .33 acres, and is in the middle of the block, near the southwest corner of the 10th & Island intersection. The site has a floor area ratio of 7.25, allowing for a total of 145,000 square feet of development. The project has a 20’0” setback requirement on the North, West, and South property lines.
