Who’s design will reign supreme?

Curious about how bold ideas get cooked up and served as compelling images? Cheer on intrepid designers as they push their imaginations and graphic talents to the limit in a live battle – to create a visionary rendering of a future Winnipeg institution. No rules, no grades, no rewards – just rapid-fire ideas, a thirsty crowd, and a ticking clock. Watch the action unfold through multiple video projections, interact with the designers, get involved!

The Iron Dragon Super Mash-Up combines a live digital collage ‘battle’ (featuring the upcoming WAG addition site), street food cook-off, mixologists, DJ’s, and ‘situated cinema’ in a simultaneous happening in the WAG lobby & parking lot after the SUPER Lecture. Driving the mash-up is the notion of turning our “day jobs” – digital image renderers, food truck chefs, bartenders – into performance.
