Doodlit is hosting a monthly design competition series with different topics.  Entries will be drawn on a napkin.  Doodlit will present topics that have broad appeal and everyone is encouraged to participate.

February installment theme is “My Ceiling… on a napkin”.
On a napkin of your choosing sketch your ceiling (it doesn’t have to be your actual ceiling; we won’t check).  The napkin can be of any size, color, or texture, and you can use any medium to draw on it.  More than one entry per person is welcome (each entry + payment have to be submitted separately).  Make sure to stamp your initials on your napkin, snap a photo of it (or scan it), and visit the competition website to submit your entry.

Each competition will be announced on the 15th of the month.  Simply upload a photo or scan of your napkin on our competition website and submit your payment by midnight of the 14th of the following month.  On the 15th, we will upload a gallery of all the entries on Facebook and the first round of judging begins.  You have until the end of the month to collect as many “likes” as possible. On the 1st of the next month, we will post the Top 10 napkins that received the largest number of “likes”.  In the second (and final) round of judging, an independent judge will determine the final winner based on the idea.  Within 1-2 weeks, we will announce the Top 3 finalists and the Winner of the competition.

Awards:    $250 USD for top winner; 5 hours free doodlit services for top 3 winners + promotion of Top 10 Sketches on Doodlit Facebook page

Jury:    Phase one: Your "friends"; Phase two: a prominent industry professional or academic (to be announced)
