The High Line Canal Conservancy seeks planning teams to submit qualifications for the upcoming High Line Canal Outreach and Visioning Phase of a greater master planning process. The goals are to engage the multiple communities along Denver metro region's High Line Canal and develop a shared vision plan that will guide future master planning efforts. The High Line Canal is one of the nation's most spectacular linear parks - a 71-mile long greenway that spans 11 jurisdictions from Waterton Canyon in Douglas County to Green Valley Ranch in Northeast Denver. Leading the planning process is the High Line Canal Conservancy, a project housed under the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center. The Conservancy, a private, non-governmental organization, was formed recently by a dedicated coalition of leaders to harness the region’s commitment to the future of the High Line Canal.
