The 2010 event will take place in Washington, D.C., September 10-13, with the theme Water, Earth, Air, Fire: DESIGN. It will be the largest gathering of landscape architecture design professionals in the world and feature a diverse spectrum of industry experts speaking on sustainability and design. More than 125 education sessions, tours and field sessions will be presented during the meeting, providing attendees with the opportunity to earn up to 21 professional development hours under the Landscape Architecture Continuing Education System.  Many of the sessions will also qualify for continuing education credit with the American Institute of Architects, the American Institute of Certified Planners and other allied professional organizations.
