An architecture exchange between 36 universities in or near the valley of Mexico To recognize the levels of creativity of students aswell as the trends in architecture This years project is to solve an urban/architectural problem: “La Plaza Del Cirujano” with 250 cars underneath the open space which neightbors an empty lot on which acording to the proposal there will be a 3 star Hotel, a day care and a shelter. Although none of these will be built, the exchange serves as a cristal ball to see what the future mexican Architects have instored for the world
