In celebration of Architecture Week, we are pleased to host An Evening with the Department of Housing Preservation and Development and its Deputy Commissioner Holly Leicht.

Commissioner Donovan, Hon. AIA, will be receiving the Center for Architecture Award at the 2008 Heritage Ball taking place on October 30 in recognition of his leadership in building affordable and sustainable communities in New York City. Shaun Donovan is the Commissioner of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the largest municipal developer of affordable housing in the nation.

On behalf of the Department, Commissioner Donovan’s Deputy Holly Leicht will lead the evening’s featured discussion, which will focus on Via Verde and other recent innovative work by New York City’s principal housing agency.
