PURPOSE Identify and increase the potential of the territory (the Territory see below), to develop an effective design of its development. THE TERRITORY Telichka - broken industrial area (204 hectare) near the center of Kyiv (7 miles from Independence Square) along the Dnieper River. The catalyst for the development of this area has become a "cluster of Art" (5 hectares) - last experimental mechanical plant.Among the large number of events that have already successfully pass this Art-cluster, the most successful cultural festival is "Gogolfest»gogolfest.org Art cluster can become a laboratory not only changes in urban industrial zones Telichka, but in the further and future changes in total Kyiv.
