Ms. de Roode will discuss Dutch design and present the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam’s world-renowned design collection. She will be introduced by David Revere McFadden, chief curator of New York’s Museum of Arts and Design.
You’ll also see the North American debut of the exhibition Models of Concern. Created by the hot Dutch design firm Concern, this extraordinary exhibit explores techniques and uses of architectural scale models. It premiered at the Stedelijk Museum and was recently seen by 10,000 people at the Hong Kong Design Centre.
