A great photographer can make beautiful spaces look even more so. Erica Stoller and Akiko Busch, co-authors of the new book Ezra Stoller, Photographer (Yale University Press, 2012), will show how the legendary architectural photographer Ezra Stoller did it, with published and unpublished photos from some of his celebrated projects including Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater and Mies van der Rohe’s Seagram Building. Erica Stoller is the director of Esto, the photo agency that represents a group of photographers of architecture and design, and maintains an extensive stock photo archive. Esto was started by Ezra Stoller, her father, whose work is at the core of the collection. Akiko Busch writes about design, culture, and the natural world for a variety of publications. She is the author of Geography of Home: Writings on Where We Live; The Uncommon Life of Common Objects: Essays on Design and the Everyday; and most recently, Nine Ways to Cross a River.
