The artists, architects, and designers on this panel head daring and innovative practices. Their sustained, visionary work makes them icons of L.A.'s design scene and beyond. Iconic LA Women Designers brings these women together in conversation the evening of Friday, September 7th, 2012 at A+D Museum to discuss the road to icon, the challenges of practice, and the changes required to transform endemic hurdles within the design professions—family, economics, technology—into opportunities for the next generation of female practitioners.
