On October 22, 2009, IIDA NY will hold its annual “Color Invasion” Fall event at Splashlight Studios at 75 Varick Street in New York City. Guests will enjoy food, drinks, and dancing from 7-11pm. Tickets are $150 each and are available online at http://www.iidany.org. A 10% discount is offered for purchase of 10 or more tickets. Tickets will be available for $175 at the door.
When it began eight years ago Color Invasion was conceived as a costume-themed party, however, it has grown and developed into one of the premiere design industry events in the New York City area. This year’s Color Invasion theme, FLASH is inspired by the location of the party - a Tribeca photography studio. The atmosphere will combine the excitement of the FLASH of camera lights during an edgy “downtown” magazine shoot. The evening’s decoration, catering, and DJ all will reflect the FLASH theme.
