HIGHER ATLAS, Curated by Carson Chan & Nadim Samman Exhibition: February 29th - March 4th, 2012 A layer of satellite dishes covers the old city of Marrakesh as a communication crust, - a window to the digital world and social media so crucial to the current dynamic transformations. Satellight is a dysfunctional satellite dish made with a found Arabic numbers dataprotection pattern in handcrafted perforated metal.
