OTIS’ Architecture/Landscape/Interiors department presents Santa Monica-based Leo Marmol, partner at Marmol Radziner and Associates.

Leo Marmol, FAIA, is Managing Principal of the design/build architectural firm, Marmol Radziner and Associates in Los Angeles, California. Marmol has extensive experience managing a variety of residential projects, including large-scale residences, prefabricated homes and historic restorations, as well as public and community-based projects. The firm’s commitment to design excellence and to preserving architectural history has translated into an award-winning approach to its projects. Most recently the firm was named the American Institute of Architects California Council’s 2004 Firm of the Year. In 1987, Marmol received his Bachelor of Architecture, with a Minor in Philosophy from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.
