MATA Interval 3.1 - Architectures of Sound

Wednesday, January 13th, 2010, 8PM Issue Project Room @ The (OA) Can Factory 232 3rd Street, 3rd Floor Brooklyn, NY 11215 On January 13, 2010, MATA presents Architectures of Sound, an evening of investigations into the uncanny convergence of sound and built space. Assembling diverse thematic and technical approaches, it presents a series of exploratory performances that attend to the singularities of Brooklyn’s ISSUE Project Room: its materiality, its geometric form, its historical specters and vanishing present. Architectures of Sound features new work by Casey Thomas Anderson, G.
