B*Sessions are a series of business talks focused on the role of entrepreneurship in Practice. This session will explore how marketing and effective communication of our designs (our principal skill-set) to potential and existing clients is a critical component to our success and survival.
The panel discussion will focus on:
■The essential role marketing plays in our firms (traditional and social media/in-bound marketing)
■The influence of physical graphics (apart from our specific project design ideas) to enhance a project presentation
■The art of articulating complex ideas with simplicity in creating and presenting a personal, project or company brand
Awareness of the best strategies for identifying and relating our skills to our clients can foster differentiation and a competitive advantage that is important to a firm’s viability, growth and sustainability. Whether an entrepreneur or the head of an established company, it is important to understand the best mechanisms for branding your business.
