A citizen map-a-thon of development projects in New York City OpenUrban is holding a map-a-thon as part of the New Museum's Ideas City Festival. The event is being hosted by The New School in Lower Manhattan. We will be mapping and gathering information on urban development projects that affect you - the citizens of New York. We will focus on: - Hurricane Planning - New Open Spaces However, you are free to post ideas on the Facebook Page before the event as well as propose ideas during the event (un-conference style). This is in keeping with the spirit of OpenUrban - that people's concerns and interests should be emergent rather than dictated.
