Devised and shared by Klein-Dytham Architecture, Pecha Kucha Night is a party. It’s an art salon. It’s a night of show and tell. Through word of mouth, it’s now in over 180 cities around the globe.
The Big Idea
The event consists of 8-10 presenters talking/sharing about anything and everything: design work they’ve done, photos of their garden, inspirations, ideas to make things better, etc…There really is no limit. The thing that ties Pecha Kucha all together is the structure of the event. Each presenter shares 20 digital images and each image is up for 20 secondsGreat for those among us with short attention spans! As an audience member, if you aren’t interested in what’s being shared—get a drink, go to the bathroom, go out for a smokeit will be over in 6 minutes and 40 secondsNext!
