Urban Planet: Emerging Ecologies will reflect on the urgency to affect change in urbanization practices when confronted with the context of unviable "territorial ecologies," defined as spheres of sustainable interaction between humans and their environment. The guest speakers will shape an explicit understanding of different urban contexts examined via the lens of ecological viability and speculate open-ended alternative urban futures.
