Developing Python Components in Grasshopper | 2012 November 30 | 2:00 PM EST Overview: Python can be used in Rhino3D and Grasshopper, offering a powerful way to extend your Parametric definitions. Beginning with a presentation on the main principles and applications of Scripting with Python in Grasshopper, this webinar will incrementally unpack a diverse set of Programming techniques through a series of “live” exercises. With two instructors offering guided curriculum and continuous support it is our goal to provide you with an in-depth and personal learning experience. Additional topics covered will include: how to set up your first Python component, accessing the available methods from Rhino3D, and specifying the correct input and output settings. This Webinar will last 2.5 hours including a 30 minute Q & A session. Fundamental Concepts on Python Scripting will be covered in our Free Introduction to Python Scripting Webinar allowing us to spend the majority of time for this webinar on developing our custom Python Components.
