“What Is Green Architecture?” is a series of conversations, lectures, and events exploring the cutting-edge developments in the field and their impact on contemporary life as well as implications for the future. The series continues with a talk by noted architect Joyce van den Berg, followed by a discussion moderated by Dr. Andres Lepik. The Dutch landscape architect Joyce van den Berg presents her project “New Light on the ‘Sperrgebiet’,” which examines, where the former restricted area around West Berlin exactly was, how it changed, and how one can possibly change the ‘trauma-landscape’ into a recreation area.
Admission is free, no reservation required.
