WOODBURY UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE SPRING 2010 EVENTS The Woodbury University School of Architecture announces its Spring 2010 events. Between the three locations and across multiple series, the public is invited to participate in the action. Both the Los Angeles and San Diego campus boast the continuation of their annual lecture series. The Los Angeles Lecture Series, organized by Eric Olsen, brings together designers and scholars of international standing to present their projects and research. The San Diego Lecture Series, organized by Jose Parral and Rene Peralta, and Exhibition Series, organized by Chris Puzio, is structured around making in the post-industrial landscape. And, this semester, the Los Angeles campus introduces three minor series. The Locals Only! talks, organized by Barbara Bestor, presents today’s progressive architectural practices in Los Angeles. The Urban Design Theory Salon, organized by Dr. Paulette Singley, opens to all the graduate seminar conversations. And, the Wedge Gallery Exhibitions an d Lectures, organized by Louis Molina, offers a venue for regional architects and artists to share their work. The Woodbury Hollywood Exhibitions, organized by Barbara Bestor, Eric Olsen, and Ingalill Wahlroos-Ritter, are the conduit between school happenings and the world.
