The scale and depth of the public outcry following Michael Jackson’s tragic and untimely death occurred in a manner befitting the celebrity; it was loud, it was global, and it made the news again and again.

We propose to commemorate the life of such an icon in a similarly appropriate way. The only way to celebrate the legacy of a super star is to in fact create a super star, a permanent and public Never Land Ranch planet. At Foreverland Ranch, all of the children of the world can become young at heart…
