Reaching roughly 350' from the water, Michael will truly live forever through this monument of bronze and onyx, with a glove of brushed aluminum, adorned with crystals, and back lit with an array of lasers and lights.

I don't really think this entry succeed, both idea and representation wise. If it was trying to be a sarcastic comment it just wasn't smart enough, if it was trying to be a serious celebration of MJ persona, it's truly unrealistic. I didn't mind the unrealistic entries at all (mine was one of those, and certainly MJ was a pretty imaginative individual) but this representation is just too poor, not aesthetically engaging enough.

not another one with a BIG MJ! it's true he was a great man, and he will always be...but you can represent this in a different way... besides, is too formal....

I think teenwolf missed the point. The monument is on Liberty Island! It's proposing to replace the Statue of Liberty... In true MJ fashion, we could regift it to people who need it more than we do... also, how can you not love the glove that would out shine the Luxor?
