RRA and teams project “Sjørdarnsjenerøs” wins the invited design competition for the New Regional Cultural Center of Stjørdal, Norway. The Jury was unanimous in selecting the project as a winner. The planned program includes a concert hall, cinema, library, hotel and church with proposed completion by 2013.
